Belle des Champs cheese

Belle des Champs is the trademark of an industrially produced pasteurised cows' milk cheese which is available throughout the year. It has manufactured in the French département of Aisne in Picardie since 1973. It is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind, cylindrical in shape and weighs about 2 kg. Its maturing period is 10 days.
