  • Beddo is a cows' milk cheese produced in the Comunità Montana Bassa Valle Cervo in the territory of the Comune di Pralungo e Valle Oropa and the Comune di Biella in Piemonte.

  • The flavour is pleasant and has a delicate aroma of wood and mountain forage.

  • Compact and smooth.

Shape, weight and size

  • Cylindrical. Diameter 18-20cm, height 2-3cm and weighs from 800g to 1kg.
