Baiser de feu cheese

Baiser de feu is a pasteurised cows' milk cheese from Lower Normandy and literally means 'Kiss of fire'. It is a fabulous cheese made with aromatic herbs and its flavour changes all the time.

It is sold in 200g herb-rolled rounds.
