Arkleby is produced by Wardhall Dairy near Wigton and is a traditional Camembert based cheese.

The cheese is made from unpasteurised cows’ milk and is soft with a mouldy, white rind. It has a full, creamy texture and as well as being available in 100 g portions, you can also buy whole cheeses of 250 g, 500g and 1 kg.
