Origin

  • Produced in the Alto Vinalopó area of the province of Alicante in the autonomous community of Comunidad Valenciana. The area is characterised by a steep and rocky terrain, with prevalence of undergrowth and crops such as wild carob, almond and olive trees. It is an ideal spot for rearing heards of goats
