About Affligem cheese
Affligem is a medium-hard, pasteurised cows’ milk cheese which is produced by Benedictine monks in Affligem (Brabant) between Brussels and Aalst
The cheese, which has a strong aroma and full-bodied flavour, has an orange rind and is produced in 2.3 kg rounds which have a diameter of 23 cm.
