Origin
- Produced in the Acceglio (Cuneo) area of Piedmont, however it is now almost extinct

- Skimmed cows' milk, ewes' rennet

- Disc shaped. Diameter 10cm and weighs 150g

Matured for 2-3 days. Pearly white in colour
